Emily Nightingale was sold with the Cottage Hospital in 1991, this along with Emily had later releases in 2000 and 2008. Husband Thomas joined her in 2011 when he came with the ambulance. They use the same mould as the Buttergloves, just slightly darker.

Between them, they make sure any injured Sylvanians get to the hospital promptly for treatment. Thomas always tries to pop in to see his wife, Emily, during his lunch breaks at the hospital, sometimes to check if she wants him to buy anything from the Village Store on the way home!
